Currently serving as Executive Director of Show Me Your Number, Mabalane has led national strategic initiatives in HIV and TB response and is a respected leader within the South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) and the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS).

Proven expertise in strategic planning, governance, resource mobilisation, media and communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership.
