Driven by a deep commitment to fairness, Dr. Zukiswa Nzo is a researcher, facilitator, and social entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience across government, civil society, academia, and the private sector. She holds a PhD in Social Governance and has worked across South Africa, the African continent, and internationally.
Zukiswa is a published author and global speaker who mentors youths, especially women and persons with disabilities, contributing to unlocking their potential and lead transformative change. Her work focuses on inclusive development, sustainability, and intersectional economic empowerment.
She serves in various governance roles that championing ethics, digital inclusion, and sustainable transformation. As a lifelong learner, Zukiswa continues to grow alongside the communities she serves.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: that fairness—across all systems and relationships, is the foundation of true sustainability. She believes that when fairness is embedded in systems and leadership, it leads to sustainability.
