Andrew Madella is a highly experienced professional in disability inclusion, social development, and governance, with over three decades of involvement in civil society and public service. He has held leadership roles in disability advocacy organisations, higher education councils, skills development entities, and national boards such as Brand South Africa and the Services SETA. 

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Disability Studies (UCT) along with advanced studies in Public Administration and Policy (Stellenbosch University), combining academic insight with practical experience in policy formulation, organisational governance, and community development.  

Andrew will serve on the C20 Policy Team as a Knowledge Partner representing the Disability-20 (D20) civil society initiative, contributing expertise in inclusive policy and social equity.
