Ms. Alison Richards

Alison Richards is a Director at Intel Corporation, focused on the UXL Foundation strategy and marketing, the oneAPI spec and open source projects. She has held a variety of leadership positions focused on software, business development, ecosystem, and marketing throughout her time at Intel: Software & Advanced Technology; Internet of Things; Mobile; Intel Education; Intel Capital; Advertising and Partner Marketing. Alison held board observer positions for Intel Capital at StarMedia Networks and MaMaMedia. Alison was previously at The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO) in International Sales. She holds a M.B.A. in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Middlebury) and a BA in Language Studies and History Minor from UC Santa Cruz. She is a polyglot. 

Alison volunteers with How Women Lead as well as Amrita University. She took part in the Civil Society 20 (C20), an official engagement group of the G20 that provides a platform for civil society organizations and social movements to influence the G20, for both India and Brazil. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, gardening, yoga, and meditation.
