Dr. Siva Moodley

Dr. Siva Moodley is an educationist and disability rights advocate with extensive experience in inclusive higher education and civil society leadership. A former Director of the Advocacy and Resource Centre for Students with Disabilities at UNISA, he has also served as Deputy-Chairperson of Disabled People South Africa and represented the country at the UN, the African Union of the Blind, and Disabled People International. He is widely published as an academic and author, with contributions ranging from textbooks to novels. 

Dr. Moodley will serve on the C20 Policy Team as a Knowledge Partner representing the Disability-20 (D20) initiative, bringing expertise in inclusive education, disability advocacy, and policy development.
